No DRM
DRM stands for Digital Rights Managed. What this means is that you can not copy or share content even if you buy it.
We strongly believe that you should be able to use the files you get from your membership as you see fit. We will NEVER adopt DRM in any of our media to our members.
Downloadable
Having the ability to download media instead of streaming, gives our users many advantages. If you are a dial up user, you can still enjoy the same lever of quality video as someone with a high speed connection. Also the nature of training videos is that you will need to stop, start, and move a time slider around quit a bit. With streaming content, this would require lots of buffering and quite frankly can be really annoying when you want to learn. The other advantage is you can take your downloaded videos and do whatever you like with them. Move them to another computer, or give to a friend. We STRONGLY feel that since you paid for it you should be able to have a copy on your hard drive, and have the ability to burn to a disc.
Source File Included
We include source files with most of our tutorials. Source files are the same content that was being used in the actual training video. This is essential for the way many people learn. Having the ability to look at something already done in the program they are trying to learn is a must. Some other online tutorial sites either don't offer source files, or charge for a "Premium" account to get them. These will always be included with your standard membership of Tutorial Buffet..

Tools
All the other tutorial sites, and cd's will show you how to use the tools of the software you are trying to learn. However, that's usually as far as they go with training. Which brings us to the next item...
Techniques
If there is one thing that we feel really puts us ahead of the pack, it would be our focus on techniques. While learning tools is important, it is also not enough to become a pro. Other sites cover what is already in your help file. While this may be useful to some, for the rest of us this leaves us wondering "ok...but what do I do with all these great tools?".
